She knew that working out helps bring structure and release of endorphins into the body, and under the guidance of one on one training sessions, her healing and growth began.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Shortly into her fitness journey Elizabeth discovered her love of Yoga through Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) which unlocked a tremendous source of peace and calm in challenging times. As her practice grew, Asana (Physical Movement) and the other 6 limbs of Yoga followed. She has been relentless in her growth of Yogic knowledge as well as the depth of her personal practice ever since.</image:caption>

<image:caption>When Elizabeth learned that the "home gym" at Fitness Edge, where she started her journey, was seeking a Yoga Teacher, she was honored to be able to give back to clients, completing a full-circle that has been a source of deep gratitude and a true honor to be a part of others' lives. Elizabeth continues to expand her love of Fitness and Yoga with continuous education, with a focus on the Senior population and Specialty areas such as Yoga Nidra, Sound Bowl Healing and Reiki as just a small example. Elizabeth holds gratitude for the teachers, trainers and mentors that have guided her journey.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - Hello, I’m Elizabeth! My journey with the practice began with Pranayama, after the loss of my 50 year old husband in 2017 to a short and intense battle with cancer. I finally learned how to breath in those first guided meditations I attended, and not cry as much, and so my journey into the Yogic lifestyle began. It has grown and expanded ever since. Fast forward to today, I enjoy teaching primarily in a Holistic Health focused atmosphere as well as select local communities, while being able to gently include all 8 limbs of the practice for off the mat application in the daily life. Humbled to be able to experience yoga with others, and to grow in both my personal and professional practices. Tremendous Gratitude to the Teachers who have guided my journey, and to the Teachers before them.</image:title>
