Hello, I’m Elizabeth!
My journey with the practice began with Pranayama, after the loss of my 50 year old husband in 2017 to a short and intense battle with cancer. I finally learned how to breath in those first guided meditations I attended, and not cry as much, and so my journey into the Yogic lifestyle began.
It has grown and expanded ever since.
Fast forward to today, I enjoy teaching primarily in a Holistic Health focused atmosphere as well as select local communities, while being able to gently include all 8 limbs of the practice for off the mat application in the daily life.
Humbled to be able to experience yoga with others, and to grow in both my personal and professional practices. Tremendous Gratitude to the Teachers who have guided my journey, and to the Teachers before them.
